All of our projects begin with an initial consultation. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and develop a detailed quote for your project. Whether you are building a custom home, adding to an existing design or simply renovating a space - we can turn your dreams into a reality all while keeping within your budget.
During this stage, we can answer all of your questions and make our professional suggestions for the best approach. At Quality Homes, we treat every project as if it were our own property.
After the initial consultation, each step of the project will be laid out in writing - demolition, drywall, painting, flooring and any other necessary steps.
Materials will be specified for each step. For example, pressure-treated lumber, R-Value of insulation, coats of paint.
Our estimates are created with as much detail as possible for each project. The client then signs a contract agreeing to timelines, materials and pricing.
Once the client has agreed to and signed the contract a predetermined amount retainer will be collected. This cost will be used for all required drawings, permits and administrative costs. Our team will develop drawings based on the initial consultation - taking into consideration the client's dreams, the existing property and our professional expertise.
We will follow up with an in-person meeting to review the preliminary drawings and elevations. Once you are completely happy with the plans, we will begin the next steps towards finalizing drawings and issuing all permits.
Once all drawings have been approved and permits have been obtained work will commence as per the signed contract. Our team of dedicated contractors will keep you informed every step of the way. We treat every home as if it were our own - so we can assure that you're in good hands.
With construction complete, your newly renovated or custom-built home is ready for you to enjoy!
